Delivery
We aim to ensure that every BEYLONN product reaches you in perfect condition and on time.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
2–4 working days for major cities
3–5 working days for other areas
You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.
Note: During peak seasons or sales, delivery timelines may vary slightly.
Returns
At BEYLONN, we prioritize hygiene and product safety. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Note: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
