Because of hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The product was received damaged, leaked, or defective.

  • You received an incorrect item.

If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or wallet credit upon verification.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
