Order Processing
All orders placed through BEYLONN are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been successfully placed.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time:
Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Areas: 3–5 working days
During high-demand seasons or sale periods, deliveries may take slightly longer due to courier workload.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s delivery status online.
Address Accuracy

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details.
